Stuart Staeck is the CEO of Atlapac. With more than 25 years in the packaging industry he began his career with Atlapac in 1988 as a Sales Representative. He has been involved in all aspects of the company and, as the third employee, has performed nearly every function within the organization. He was appointed President in 2006 and in 2016 he became CEO.
Paul Unrue joined Atlapac in 2008 as Vice President Sales and Marketing, and was promoted to President in 2016. Paul is a distinguished sales professional, with over 20 years of experience in the flexible packaging industry. From plain polypropylene film, to high end converted flexible packaging laminates, Paul has been involved with both domestic and worldwide brands throughout the global packaging community. He is a Michigan State University School of Packaging graduate.
Business Development Manager
Tammy Lehar began her career with Atlapac in 2011 and is the Business Development Manager. She is a respected industry veteran who has over 15 years of experience in the flexible packaging industry. Her technical experience spans film substrates, design, printing/laminating to converting. She understands the industry from package development to finished package on shelf.
Daniela Williams holds the position of Controller. In this position she is responsible for safeguarding, recording and reporting all financial activities. Prior to being appointed Controller in 2011, she held the positions of Customer Service, Purchasing and Accounting Assistant. Ms. Williams holds an AS in Accounting, a BS in Business Administration with honors and has completed course work towards her MS in Accounting. Daniela joined Atlapac in 2000.
David Healey joined Atlapac in 2008 and is the Technical Director. In this role he is responsible for all aspects of Quality Systems and Technical Procedures as well as understanding the technical needs and specifications of our customers and making sure that those requirements are met. David has over 20 years of experience in the packaging industry primarily in paper and plastics and has held positions in both sales and engineering. He is a Michigan State University School of Packaging graduate.
Information Systems/Logistics Leader
Joe Heller began his career as a Production Associate with Atlapac in 1993 and has grown along with the company. From Production to Sales to Information Systems he has worked with small one person start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Joe has used his talents and passion to develop Atlapac’s database and network. In addition to being Information Technologies Manager, Joe was appointed Logistics Leader in 2016.
Tim Allen brings a wealth of engineering talent to Atlapac. He has been vital to our new machine installations and revamping processes and controls with existing equipment.
